Yes, we do ship internationally. However, we are unable to offer free international shipping. Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Furthermore, we are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Yes. All non-custom jewelry can be exchanged, even if opened. Orders must be returned before your exchanged item can be sent out. Please notify us within 7 days from the delivery date, and have the item returned to us within 30 days from the delivery date. 

Some of our jewelry is made using textiles without the resin sealing so we don’t recommend wearing it in water. 

The jewelry will be fine as your wear and enjoy it but For jewelry with resin, store In a dark place like a jewelry box or cloth to prevent potential damage from the sun. Jewelry without resin will be fine but can still be stored safely.

If you’re properly caring for your jewelry, it will last for years to come. We recommend keeping your jewelry as dry as possible to prolong the nature of its color and shine and taking it off before exercise and bed. 

We provide a fiber cloth for any tarnishing that may arise from daily wear. A cloth should be sufficient to clean your jewelry, but you can also use small amounts of water or dish soap.

Yes! We stand behind the quality of our work. Every “peace” includes a 90-day warranty covering damage caused by a defect in materials or craftsmanship. If your jewelry is found to be defective and is damaged as a result, we’ll gladly replace or repair it at no cost. 

*Please note: Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear. 

We use various textiles, Epoxy and UV Resin, 18K & 14K gold/silver plated wire, rings, chains, and earring posts.

Our jewelry is hypoallergenic; however, it contains nickel in the base metal underneath the gold or silver plating. Our jewelry can be comfortably worn by most without irritation.
