Damage Policy 

We take great care in crafting and packaging our jewelry, but if your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help! 

  • Reporting a Damaged Item: Please email us or contact us here within 7 days of the delivery date. 
  • Proof of Damage: Photos of the damaged item are strongly required to process your request. 
  • Resolution: We offer replacements or repairs only—no refunds or store credit at this time. 
  • Shipping Costs: We will cover the shipping costs for returning a damaged item. 
  •  Exclusions: Our policy does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper care (e.g., exposure to water, perfumes, or rough handling).
